BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 4% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. The buyer's premium should be made to Langham Auctioneers and is due at the signing of the sales contract on July 30, 2021.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. This property is selling without reserve to the highest bidder. Each potential bidder is responsible for conducting his or her own independent inspections, inquiries, and due diligence concerning the property. This property sells without contingencies.
