Upon the death of the last of the Life Estate Tenants, or at the time the use, occupancy and possession of the Mobile Home by the last of the Life Estate Tenants has ceased for a period in excess of 90 days, then the Life Estate Term shall terminate and the use, occupancy and possession of the Mobile Home shall revert to the owner of the Real Estate.
